Oracle® Documaker Enterprise Edition
Version 12.6.0

This ReadMe accompanies the following Oracle products for Microsoft Windows and Linux x86 operating systems.

Documaker Document Factory: A workflow-enabled, database-centric solution for electronic document automation that utilizes core Documaker functionality to provide a managed publishing system. It includes two web-based and thin-client applications: Documaker Administrator and Documaker Dashboard that provide system control and insight.
Documaker Interactive: A web-based application that enables users to quickly and interactively create and assemble consistently branded and compliant correspondence leveraging accelerators as pre-configured workflow with role based approvals and pre-built industry content.

Note:

This release of Oracle Documaker is for multiple platforms.

This release of Oracle Documaker Enterprise Edition includes Documaker WipEdit in the [download] for deployment on the ODEE Web Server as outlined in the Documaker Enterprise Administrative Guide.

25393293 This patch corrects a GENDATA out-of-memory issue that can occur when using the SortFormset rule.

25733262 This patch fixes a bug in producing fillable PDF forms when the variable field uses a font that is not used elsewhere in the document.

25878796 This patch corrects a GENPRINT issue in which the length of a PDF fillable field was incorrectly limited to the length of the data with which it was pre-populated.

25535699 This patch corrects an issue where a clip of the text string was incorrectly included during Unicode/ code page support in DAL to convert text to the appropriate destination type.

Documaker Factory

24326571 This patch corrects an ODEE issue so that the updating of the PUBS.PUBOUTBLOB column after emailing will now include the Date in the email header.

24439269 This patch addresses an issue in which the TRNENDTIME, RCPENDTIME, and PUBENDTIME columns in the TRNS, RCPS and PUBS tables were incorrectly being set to the time that the records were moved to the History tables (TRSNHIST, RCPSHIST, PUBSHIST) when using Oracle DB.

24489546 The system now honors the codepage from font cross reference for font of section fields when translating into UTF-8 for NA/POL XML. Windows 1252 codepage was defaulting except when unicode fonts or Windows 1252 codepage was being used.

25471010 The ODEE Scheduler process is responsible for sending a message to the Receiver process to tell the Receiver whether or not the Job was successful. This patch corrects a problem in which some post-Presenter process workers were not passing the Job error back to the Receiver.

25471602 This patch captures errors from rules below the formset level in Assembler for Oracle Documaker Enterprise Edition so that with the event model they get reported back immediately to the response to the the DWS or Queue Receiver request.

25665758 This patch addresses improvement in capture and reporting of errors in Oracle Documaker Enterprise Edition Factory at the Jobs, Transactions and Recipients levels when batch print is being created.

25592347 This patch corrects an ODEE timeout that can occur when a transaction processes data for multiple recipients. When the Documaker Web Service (DWS) ResponseType requested either Identifiers or Attachments, the Batcher and Scheduler didn't process multiple recipients correctly, and failed to inform the Receiver that the Job had either finished, errored, or was blocked because of a scheduled batch being triggered.
